Conference Club

The CONFERENCE CLUB provides special pricing to those organizations that meet certain utilization minimums at either of our facilities or pay an annual membership fee.

Conference Club membership is valid at both locations and may be obtained by either one of the following:

• After 85 cumulative points (45 points after 6/30) of conference room utilization in one (1) calendar year.

  Conference points are awarded as follows: International Conference & Business Center Conference Center 4 points per hour Boardroom 1.5 Executive Conference Room 1 Video Conferencing 2 Southwind Executive Suites & Office Center Conference Room 1.5 points per hour Conference Suite 1

• Payment of $300.00 annual membership fee ($150.00 after 6/30)
